Religious Education Registration Forms

2026-2027 Registration Form-English

  1. Registration will take place again this year for July; BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
    No Mail or phone registrations will be accepted!
  2. Before registering, you must read, download, & complete the forms by clicking the link above.
  3. If not registered by September 10th, 2026, a $25.00 late fee will be charged. 
  4. All Registrations will close on September 17th, 2026!
  5. Classes, K through 8, Spanish, and NPI start the week of September 28th, 2026

Faith Formation hours:

Starting August 3rd 2026, in-person registration will be as follows:

Monday & Tuesday: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.

Wednesday & Thursday 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.

 NOTE: The offices are closed on Fridays

        1. Este año, la inscripción para el mes de julio se llevará a cabo nuevamente; ÚNICAMENTE CON CITA PREVIA.
          ¡No se aceptarán inscripciones por correo ni por teléfono!
        2. Antes de registrarse, debe leer, descargar y completar los formularios haciendo clic en el enlace de arriba.
        3. Si no se registra antes del 10 de septiembre de 2026, se aplicará un cargo por inscripción tardía de $25.00.
        4. ¡Todas las inscripciones cerrarán el 17 de septiembre de 2026!
        5. Las clases (desde Kínder hasta 8.º grado), así como las de español y NPI, comenzarán la semana del 28 de septiembre de 2026.

Horario de Formación en la Fe:

A partir del 3 de agosto de 2026, la inscripción presencial se llevará a cabo de la siguiente manera:

Lunes y martes: de 9:30 a. m. a 1:30 p. m.

Miércoles y jueves: de 9:30 a. m. a 1:30 p. m.

 NOTE: NOTA: Las oficinas permanecen cerradas los viernes.

Childrens Religious Education

 

The Religious Education Program provides an atmosphere conducive to teaching the faith to Catholic students who do not attend Catholic schools. The program seeks to present the Catholic faith as knowledge, commitment, and lifestyle.

The curriculum is designed to accommodate children from 4 years old through 8th grade and is based on the standards set by the Archdiocese of Rockville Centre.
 
The Director of Religious Education supervises the program. Volunteer and assistant volunteer catechists teach the classes. These volunteers are required to participate in a certification process.

Kindergarten through 8th-grade classes are held after school Monday - Thursday.
